查不到成績可能是ETS出包 - 英檢

我考了6/17的托福，但到7月1號還查不到成績 (官網公布成績該出來的日期大概是6/27)。

我寄email跟打電話到美國ETS問。得到了以下的答覆：

Please note, the reason you have not received scores from this exam is due to
the fact that we are unable to score you exam. There were difficulties with
your Speaking Section which has made this section un-scorable. As a result we
cannot provide you with scores for this exam.

To resolve this issue we would like to offer you two options:

1) Receive a test fee voucher which will allow you to test again free of
charge.
2) Receive a full test fee refund.

Please reply to this e-mail and let us know which option you would like to
utilize.

EST或是考場電腦把我的口說錄音搞砸了。沒辦法評口說，所以我才沒成績。
我覺得他們不只應該退我報名費或是讓我免費重考一次。
要是我是因為考試而特地工作請假，結果卻還沒有成績，他們也該賠我一天的薪水。

我的麥克風測試一次就過了。

所以如果成績沒有按時在網頁上公布，很可能是真的成績出了問題。
