颱風假不是假,而是基於國家保護義務的「避難命令」。
各縣市政府必須因地制宜,對於"風險"料敵從寬,
就算真的錯放讓百姓去娛樂消費又有何不可?
總比出事發生意外,這錯放責任小多了吧?
高雄點在各報頭版,應該沒有違反版規吧@@
