宜蘭縣長林姿妙今天下午在縣議會作”縣長施政總報告”，報告結束後，
議員都沒有人發問，主持會議的副議長陳漢鍾宣布“明天上午十時開會，
今天的會議到此結束”，許多人都覺得有點意外，議會開議第一天，
林姿妙縣長”輕騎過關“。
國民黨議員說，林姿妙縣長一年來的施政作得很不錯，
也報告的很詳盡，所以議員都不用問了。
