親戚是住在長江路上的巨蛋
因為建商合作有健身房
自從廠商離開不合作之後
位於1.2樓層甚至地下室游泳池已經荒廢快3年左右
但聽說健身工廠有意思和社區合作
但是因為設備老舊必須要大整理
好像會變用到之前建設
所以要社區居民簽署類似建物變更同意書
這個合作案從去年11月延後到2月底
如果2月底沒有收到一半同意書好像就破局
因為社區內的人都不積極看待這件事情
好像只回收1/3
讓我親戚覺得很苦惱
他們覺得健身工廠進駐也可以帶動周邊發展
甚至社區房價也加分
以後運動很方便
不知道各位大大有什麼方式可以推動此案QQ
