因為男女體測標準不同,所以為了效率,僅限女生。
自介:住板橋老妹一枚,有健身,武術習慣,但不愛跑步,自測跑步還差30秒!跳遠ok.
自己練跑感覺找不到跑步的缺點,進步緩慢,所以想揪人一起練,意者請站內信。
練跑時間:黃昏。
練跑頻率:初期練體力2天一次。
練跑距離:初期1.5km.
地點再一起討論。
人數:4~5人。
