因為本身在金融業工作,最近有接觸到基隆這個建案,從建商土融建融的資料來看,似乎賣
的很不錯,剛好這案子主打在火車站附近(七堵),能很方便的到台北市而且又是重劃區,看
到客戶成交的價錢都比某些離基隆市中心較近的建案高,其實就基隆本身來說,七堵算它的
郊區,但現在郊區的房價慢慢有接近市區的現象,這是否也表示基隆市區慢慢受到台北的吸
磁效應,離台北越近房價越高(南港-汐止-七堵-基隆)如果任由這情況發展下去,哪天基隆
郊區會不會像像土城,新店三重一樣,以前都比不上基隆,但現在都比基隆繁榮造成市區
沒落重心西移的現象呢?各位老基隆認為這種事發生的可能性如何?
