陸續都有在松運上有氧和瑜伽的課程
最近想要開始積極減脂
所以開始想練重訓,想說初期頻率應該不會太高
評比後覺得松運的體適能課程感覺不錯
不知道是否有人曾上過松運的體適能私人課程呢
教練是否算專業?
是否和外面私人健身房的教練課一樣會全程指導?
並且幫忙安排訓練的課程內容呢?
如果有更好的方案也希望大家能夠建議我
