在下不是屏東人 (非住屏東)
知道今年有東港迎王活動
因為上班的關係 平常日無法參與盛會
只能周末過去
加上很想參加最後一天的燒王船
但有聽說要看燒王船須要有通行證
不是每個人都可以看@@
想請問通行證要怎麼申請? 是否只有當地人才能申請到?
