東富 玉長 光豐 公路 - 花蓮

請問一下如果我要從花蓮出發先走台9線切台11到台東，

走光豐公路(台11甲)、玉長公路(台30)、東富公路(台23)，

這三條哪一條比較好開? 謝謝
