之前就有聽過菜良拉麵的評價,
但是因為小珊不愛吃豆芽菜所以一直沒來,
上次看到youtuber千千特地跑來台南尋找日本二郎系拉麵,
吃完菜良給不錯的評價~ 所以我們也找時間來朝聖!
我們一開店就來~ 裡面已經快坐滿,
店員先講解用機器點餐完再等候入座。
觸碰式螢幕點餐蠻先進~
有拉麵跟沾麵~ 價位200-260元!
店內蠻小的,只能坐十個人左右~
點了一碗拉麵一碗沾麵~

烏帽子拉麵
選了增加蔬菜和背脂~
滿滿豆芽菜上面就有一坨背脂 XD
豆芽菜建議泡一下會比較有味道~
叉燒肥瘦肉比大概4:6,
肉算好吃~ 但份量不多~
肉食族可能要加點叉燒才會滿足!
湯頭是豚骨醬油~ 口味比日式純豚骨清淡點。
麵條是使用粗麵~ 個人雖然是粗麵控,
但是覺得這粗麵不夠Q彈,
剛吃還有點偏硬,吃到後面才好一點。

沾麵
麵體可選冷的或熱的,
上面也放了不少豆芽菜和泡菜、叉燒肉,
沾醬是豚骨魚介~ 味道還不錯,
還加了不少蔥花!
我們選了冷的沾麵~
麵條沾了熱的豚骨魚介湯,
吃起來就比較Q彈!
難怪看有些評論都比較推沾麵,
吃完發現外面排了十幾人,
連平日中午生意都這麼好~ 有興趣記得早點到!
