新北市長朱立倫5日視察「淡水漁人碼頭觀光旅館暨藝術大街計畫」，同時試乘全台首度
引進的旋轉觀景塔，從100公尺高空欣賞山海河美景，朱市長且說未來可以考慮在此舉辦
跨年煙火晚會。
