最近這幾天要決定宿舍了
最後選項卻跳出兩種讓我選擇
可是我搞不清楚兩種的差別在哪裡
重點是價格都一樣....

第一種
One bedroom, self-contained flats
The listed building has four self-contained one bed flats. The bedrooms have a single bed, wardrobe, desk and bookcase along with a data point and telephone. The living/dining rooms are furnished with dining table and chairs, a sofa and floor standing uplighter lamp. All the flats have a fully fitted kitchen with a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, sink and cupboards, and a fully equipped shower room with WC and washbasin. This accommodation is suitable for single students only.
第二種
The single en-suite rooms are arranged in cluster flats with five to eight residents per flat. All rooms have a bed, mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe, shelves and drawers. There are electrical points for residents to use their own desk light, radio etc. and data points for internet access. Telephone services are provided by Keycom and an internet service is provided by City University . All rooms have en-suite showers WC and washbasin.
Each flat has a shared kitchen and dining area for the use of residents within the flat. All kitchen areas are fitted with cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dining table, chairs and individual cupboards for residents.
