剛好今天天冷 一群人想去吃羊肉爐就讓我想到
好像我們平常吃的東西
羊肉爐 酸菜白肉 雞湯之類就很多樣
但是牛肉好像除了那種牛肉麵之外
就沒啥特別是一整鍋的料理方式了耶
真要說牛雜也是內臟
以肉品本身為主 又是牛肉的鍋料理好像真的很少？
火鍋那種大雜燴的就先略過因為放什麼都可以
還是我最近太少吃牛了QQ
