新店板的鄉民好 ^^
我是準備購買安坑造鎮社區的鄉民
因為對安坑不熟 有些問題想請問住造鎮的朋友
1.最近在看造鎮的房子 請問現在的樓上跟1樓成交價大約是多少錢?
(我看實價登錄樓上是11-13萬)
2.造鎮的泳池池還有營業嗎?
3.造鎮=綠野香坡嗎? 屋子是蓋在順向坡嗎?
4.聽說安祥路有一部份的房子是填土區 請問是那一個社區?
5.造鎮有發生過跳樓到1樓院子的事情嗎?
6.造鎮的管委會對於養狗的住戶是否有些限制?
以上是我的疑問 麻煩了解的鄉民能幫我解惑一下
