最近一直在想，跨年除了去人擠人還能做什麼!?
然後，意外看到高雄有在辦理這樣的活動「跨年身心缽鑼浴」，
之前有在偶然機會接觸到缽鑼浴，
其實就是躺在那邊，聽缽鑼師在敲打，透過缽跟鑼的共振，
整個人像被包覆在空靈境界中，
我也不知道怎解釋，反正就是很心靈層次的東西，
當下只覺得整個人都沉浸在那個時空裡，
抒壓、忘憂吧!?
總之不知道為啥，就感覺特別深刻~
