我妹要升大學
這暑假剛好可以去打工
這家鮮芋仙離我家滿近的因此讓她去那邊打工
我們本來想說現在規定時薪都是98/hr 應該是大家都知道的事
沒想到最近我妹回來說 那邊的時薪算法不是如此
甚麼因為是新來的
(更正一下)
所以剛進來的前30個小時時薪是75 30~50個小時的時薪是85...
說那邊很多人都是這樣(因為也有認識的一起打工)
說曾經有人去講然後就補薪給那個人 其他不敢講的還是一樣
我覺得真的有點太超過...
因此我跟我妹說你繼續做到領薪日
看薪水到底是多少 如果屬實 馬上向勞工局申訴
不知道是否有板友曾經在那裏打過工的?
