今天在路邊看到了一間房子在貼說要賣
雖然說知道現在高雄房價飆得很猛,應該不用期待太高,但還是想說問一下看看
結果一問果然沒有讓我失望,鳳山鳳大餐廳那附近
50年的透天房子,地坪20坪,2層樓,建坪我沒問,在巷子內,非邊間,開價1388萬元
問完價錢笑了一下,沒在問更詳細的資料,也沒打算去看,就直接跟房仲道謝了
如果這是一間新房,或者是在路邊可以做生意的舊房子,這樣的價錢我覺得還勉強可接受
可是在巷子內,坪數也不大的老房子,開價1388萬元,我真心祝他能順利找到買家
之前有看黃大米高雄買屋的經驗的文章,我也深有同感
我是覺得現在高雄的房價是漲得有點誇張的程度,然後坐地喊價的情況實在太讓人驚訝
所以現在決定就按耐住性子,就繼續等,真等不到房價跌,也打算就一輩子住老房子下去
管他房價怎麼飆、怎麼漲,我不信這房價真可以漲幅隨便喊就真的一直漲...
就算真的一直狂飆,那也沒差,就照這樣過下去吧...

所以現在決定就按耐住性子,就繼續等,真等不到房價跌,也打算就一輩子住老房子下去
管他房價怎麼飆、怎麼漲,我不信這房價真可以漲幅隨便喊就真的一直漲...
就算真的一直狂飆,那也沒差,就照這樣過下去吧...

如果房價真的不在這個你認為很誇張的區間,那麼這
種你覺得開價很誇張的房子就不會賣掉;

1.疫情關係海龜量大爆發,光是小弟身邊很多原本在
國外工作回國的朋友就不少了,更何況整個台灣的規
模,可別小看我們國家在國外工作的人口數,而這些
人基本上要買都買都會區。
2.全世界這兩年瘋狂QE
3.台灣在中國的資金在川普貿易戰之後就大量回巢,
再來又有疫情的影響。
4.台股這幾年噴成這樣就不用說了吧~
