如題，
位置大概就中正橋上下前，永和路跟文化竹林的大路口，
我不知道有沒有開單，或者是單純勸導，只確定看到停紅燈刷手機，被警察叫去邊邊。
時間大概是下班時間五點半六點。
不討論停紅燈刷手機的人錯不錯，很多人會說違法了就是有錯。
我只知道竹林路，文化路這兩條並不寬闊的路上，有很多四輪臨停在買便當。如果閃車換道
，一個疏忽後面接一台公車，就直接回老家了。
然後停紅燈刷手機罰1000，
違規臨時停車罰600。
請教是政府最近要做騎車刷手機的業績嗎？否則怎麼看，為了疏導交通，或是生命安全，抓
臨停對多數人要比較好吧？？
