晚上睡不著怎辦? - 時間管理

大家好
我有很嚴重的睡眠問題
基本上我的生活並沒有太大的壓力,就目前來說
可是我不知道是什樣的原因,我晚上常常會睡不著
是勢必要拖到很晚我體力已經不堪負荷時才睡才能好眠
但那樣子我白天就常常會睡到中午甚至下午
我很想要吃了秤子鐵了心乾脆30小時不睡覺,然後晚上11點準時睡
早上6點起床,但常常撐到下午就不小心睡著接晚上繼續很晚睡
當兵時期,10~11點入睡,早上6點起床
因為作息規律完全沒有晚上睡不著的問題
但是退伍恢復我個人坐息後睡眠的問題就又來了
有沒有曾經為睡眠問題所苦而現在已經有很好的解決之道的人
可以提供一下建議的呢?
