肥肥如我
雖然之前的平常至少都維持每周1-2次球類運動
不過被長輩嫌肥詛咒再這樣下去要得糖尿病酸到煩了
這1.2兩個月以來
只要有空.大概晚上下班吃完飯後
都會去環河路大潤發前那邊的河濱公園入口
從那邊開始跑河濱步道.來回跑大約5-6km
(一周大概會跑3-4次)
但最近跑步..每次跑沒多久
就會被在河濱那邊定居成群的野狗發出吠聲嚇到..
而且不只我.有時看到其他跑在我前面的人
跑一跑會突然有野狗從黑漆嘛烏的草叢裏面亂叫嚇到
更有誇張的還會突然衝出來嚇你一下...
真的很煩
不過更會嚇跑步者的狗還不是野狗
那種會打亂跑步者節奏的狗
是騎腳踏車或U-Bike遛狗的寵物狗
因為有些中型犬跟著主人騎慢車小跑步
看到我們在跑步經過他或快被他們追上時就以餓虎撲羊的方式衝過來
甚至是作勢要咬人
一副好像要咬給主人看賣忠心的樣子...
每次這樣我跑步就要被迫停頓..換氣就會被打亂~
這樣跑得提心吊膽..實在有點不爽耶
可是偏偏大多數狗主人都會不忍斥責自己家的狗
我們外人又不能罵...
有沒有什麼我在跑步時能預防或是能邊跑邊嚇阻的方法?
跟大家請益一下
(老實說我是很想買個什麼電擊棒之類,衝過來我就電狗xd)
真的很煩阿
