晚上一直作夢= = - 時間管理

從去年開始晚上作夢的機率很高,幾乎10次有7.8次都會,然後夢到一半嚇醒
或自己醒來,又繼續睡,睡眠品質都不太好,只要隔天有大考,情況會更嚴重,
除非真的很累,才會一覺到天亮,有沒有什麼方法可以改善呢?
