早起賴床問題 - 時間管理

搭配運動 睡前喝蜂蜜 早睡...
我都可以在自己期待醒來的時候醒來 (6:00)
可是總會有賴床行為
而這賴床行為 我發現是因為[沒力氣起床]
就是習慣性腰酸背痛 沒力氣可以一躍而起
但實際上我已經醒來了 精神也不錯
請問 這該怎麼辦咧@@"
