早起的方法 - 時間管理

我覺得要早起第一要有毅力
毅力很重要
第二點就是對我而言有效的方式
就是晚餐吃很少 或是不要吃
大約一個多星期過後
你會發現早上精神特別好
不太需要用毅力也可以起床了
不過那是對我而言啦(所以我現在晚上都不吃晚餐的.就算餓到想死也不吃)
可是我早餐和午餐吃超多(我同學都還以為我是豬勒 那麼會吃)
體重會減少一點點...精神也會看起來好一些...
這是對我而言有效的方式啦
另外一個就是 偶爾晚上吃一顆綜合維他命
隔天也是超早起的 精神也很好
ps:我大多晚上一點左右睡覺 早上六點多起床
早晚各開一小時車道實驗室 忙到回家洗澡上網睡覺...
