早上精神不濟 - 學習

小弟有一個問題困擾我很久
就是不管我多早睡(大概11.12點)
早上7.8點起來精神還是非常不濟
頭都會昏昏沈沈的不太想算數學
到最後又回頭繼續睡
所以後來我都1.2點睡 10.11點起床QQ~
雖然讀書比較有效率
但是之後的考試都是早上
想要擺脫這個惡性循環
不知道版友們有啥有效方法能改善?
固定運動的話早上精神會比較好嗎?
