早上看書莫名奇妙就想睡..
精神集中力是漸進式..越接近晚上越好..
早上,下午,晚上..分別是1:3:6
其實我也很矛盾......因為之前努力調整作息的結果,反而害自己念書進度嚴重落後
到底以何者為重?
順其自然?還是該培養讓自己作息正常?
