新視波網路很破 - 台北松山區

從三月申裝新視波到現在
換了六個工程師
到現在固定一個月報修一次
從選擇相信到只能絕望
換了線路，換了銅線，換了數據機
換了工程師，一樣會有問題
因為會有雜訊
問了他們工程師
工程師：因為是大樓銅線+地下光纖
銅管線一定有雜訊，雜訊原因很多
沒辦法根除
現在解決不代表之後不會發生
於是我每個月都要打電話請他們來處理雜訊
不然就會掉封包，爆ping，網路卡
大樓裝不了大大寬頻
不然公司用大大，全光纖
ping值穩定9
而新視波從11到40不斷波動
異常時會破百
現在一個月500元/120m
中華又太貴
不知道大家有沒有更好的選擇？
