想請教
一直以來都有整脊的習慣,大概半年一次到兩次
之前的整脊師傅是說身體各種壓迫或是姿勢不對會導致頭痛、酸麻...等,所以建議定期
去整復
不過之前常去的整脊是在南部,想說不知道新竹就近有沒有不錯的整脊推拿師傅?
依稀只記得很久以前版上有人說過醫心堂的吳師傅

整脊和一般物理治療可以改善當下的不舒服,但是不
調整自己的習慣還是還快會復發,而且有時候是自己也
不知道該如何調整。運動教練可以教疼痛時的紓解方
式還有訓練方式,讓自己回家也可以簡單自行緩解和訓
練肌肉核心來支撐身體。畢竟有時候不是即時可以約
到整脊或物理治療治療時間。

照x光才發現有骨刺、脊椎側彎,沒確認之前不要喬

可以立馬緩解
但長期的話,建議找有料的教練指導
