新竹/竹東的河濱腳踏車道通了沒？ - 新竹

想問一下，因為家人明天說想騎腳踏車去竹東吃午餐。
之前我騎過兩三次，
但沒有一次順利從新竹到竹東，
每次都騎到這個叉路口：

鐵路右側是二重埔的社區，死路，
鐵路左側往快速道路橋下騎，
應該是腳踏車道的正確方向？
但是接著會到這個叉路口：

右邊的路我沒騎過，荒草瀰漫不像能通行的樣子，
左邊以前可以騎到河邊的泥土地上，然後好像就沒路了，
後來...印象中上一次直接封起來說私人土地請勿進入。
是我哪邊走錯了嗎？還是要騎去竹東只能走光復路/南清公路？
