新竹板的鄉民好
小弟非新竹在地人
但因常需與客戶午餐談公事
故需要合適的餐廳
我並未寫過食記,文字表達能力有限
只能簡單說一下目前爬文吃過的餐廳
烹調技術面及口味好否,不討論,儘量以客觀分析
1.竹北 上雅鐵板燒
當時選擇1500元/人(未含服務費),由老闆來搭配
食材高檔新鮮,鵝肝配牛肉有小驚豔
裝潢感覺與價位有些對不起來
師父對食材的烹調上有解說,這點有小加分
洋蔥、烏梅汁及麵包皆可續
水果(水果切盤)、點心(紅豆銅鑼燒)
服務上並無太大的問題
2.新竹 米蘭鐵板燒
當時選擇1780元/人(未含服務費)
食材水準高於上雅(應該是一分錢一分貨吧)
裝潢乍看還不錯,但坐沒多久後覺得油煙及噪音都偏多
師父似乎對自已廚藝很有自信(牆後有照片及獎章)
但食材及烹調都未說明,有些可惜
水果(日本柑橘)、點心(手工奶酪、紅豆銅鑼燒)
服務上有進步的空間
上述二間餐廳皆有一定的水準
但仍希望鄉民可以推薦更優的鐵板燒餐廳
