家竹亭是新竹的名店,現在分店在竹北與台中都有,不管平日假日都很多人,要是假日來,
在門外等到個十幾二十分鐘是常有的事,整間店的風格是很典型的日本小店,
適合上班族吃完馬上拍拍屁股走人,這樣也不錯,客人流動量大,店家才能多賺些
一入座服務生會奉上一杯好像是麥茶,可續杯,接著我就點了雞肉蛋花飯,不過它們最有名的是咖哩豬排飯,
很久前曾經點來吃過,覺得還好,感覺雞肉蛋花飯比較對我的味,實際價錢忘了,只記得算是中高價位
來張特寫,個人認為好吃ㄉㄨㄥˋ唸四聲)飯最重要的元素是米飯與醬汁,洋蔥是ㄉㄨㄥˋ飯必加食材,
如此才能增加甜味,以這家來說,我覺得挺好吃的,醬汁下得夠多也夠甜,雞肉軟嫩,只是雞肉本身吸取醬汁的甜味不夠深入,
可是整體而言算是好吃,米飯的軟硬適中,我蠻喜歡,七八分熟的蛋,拌著飯和醬汁,每一口都吃的到滿滿的料,很幸福呢!
很久以前有來吃過同樣的飯,那時居然感覺雞肉有點腥味,此次沒有,希望往後品質有穩定些,
飯附的湯,就很一般囉
聽說它家的烏龍麵也不賴,改天去試試
