如題 昨天搭捷運到新樂街逛逛
看到新樂街附近周邊人行道.騎樓都停滿了機車
騎樓不是不可以停車嗎??
雖然說是過年
但是法律有規定過年就可以違規嗎?
為什麼高雄的警察都沒在拖吊跟開單?
還是有規定過年期間 騎樓就可以停機車了?!
