第一次在新竹版PO食記,若有不周詳之處請多見諒阿~~
前幾天打工完 騎寶山路要回學校之際
突然間看到旁邊新開一家 "斌斌上海小湯包"
招牌上打著湯包(60),蒸餃(60),沙湯(30),酸辣湯(??忘了,重點是沙湯XD)
突然間讓我訝異了一下,然後手上的煞車就這樣按了下去
(還好後面沒有跟的很近的車子....)
揪竟為什麼會這麼讓人訝異....讓我們看下去~
這讓我回憶起我國中時的兒時記憶(遠目)
那時候每次放學補習前的晚餐都是以此果腹的
但是!!
這明明是嘉義才有的店阿~~!!
全台灣找不到第二家店賣"沙湯"
沙湯我喝了這麼久,只知道老闆總在將湯煮滾後最後蓋上的蛋花
但是濃郁的湯頭真的是一絕!
走進店裡跟老闆招呼了一下....
一看到我點沙湯,老闆馬上從裡面叫出所有的員工(其實也就只有老闆的媽媽)
出來鞠躬說 "您真內行!!"(誤)...................= =
其實是馬上猜出我是嘉義人!!
好吧...廢話還真多
沙湯湯好料實在,在新竹一碗貢丸湯3~4顆丸子賣40的越來越多了
30元要喝到好喝的湯,我大推沙湯!
蒸餃和小湯包都是60元(普通價位倒是啦)
蒸餃吃起來像是水餃的口感,對我來說普通了一點
但是湯包裡的湯汁和鮮肉口感我也是大推....
在新竹還可以吃到嘉義的食物,對我來說真是幸福 XD
推薦給各位新竹的板友...可以前往品嚐看看
地點在寶山路上快要與食品路,高峰路相交的地方
還在路比較小條的地方(從市區沿寶山路到萊爾富過一點點就會看到了)
剛開店快兩個月吧~可以和老闆聊聊天
老闆還蠻親切的XD
