不是用來修飾一個族群

仔細看 這不是簡單的關係代名詞問題
如果以為 the energy that is produced by burning its ...
那表示你的關係子句原本是這樣的
The energy is produced by its own garbage.
這句話有問題 請問能源為何會有自己的垃圾?
its 並不是指能源



會產生垃圾的當然是 Disney World


from the energy that the Disney World(it) produces by burning its garbage.

還原
The Disney World produces the energy by burning its garbage.

這樣就會發現 by 不是被動的用法啦
