說到救國團,因為暑假沒事做,所以跑去參加了有氧+瑜珈的課程。
每次上課先一小段有氧運動熱身,然後老師每週會教四個八拍的舞步。
總共要學六至七個八拍的舞步,最後要搭配曲子一起跳舞。
練完舞之後會有二十分鐘左右的瑜珈課程跟放鬆活動。
每次練完之後都覺得很舒服。^^
每個星期兩天,可以練一下心肺,又可以練瑜珈。
現在報名九月開課的課程好像還可以打九折。
如果有時間的話,其實不妨可以試試看。^^
