改名字問題 - 英檢

不好意思 之前已經有爬過版了

由於我的情況是 已經有考過一次的托福才去改中文名字

根據我改GMAT的經驗

考過的帳戶若有改名都需要再做更改 才能再做報名的動作


所以我照著板上的文章寄信去給ets


而昨天收到的回信卻是

Please note that, your request to change the name on the profile account has
been denied. We cannot comply with your request to change the information
appearing on your TOEFL iBT® examinee file record. The information presented
on the computer at the test center comes from the information you provided in
your online profile when you registered for the test. TOEFL® program policy
does not allow us to change or delete identifying information on the examinee
file after the test date.

If you wish to test again to receive scores with the new name Yu-Ning Wang,
you will need to create a new profile account.

We regret we are unable to comply with your request


他說要再申請新的帳戶 重新用新名字


不知道這是不是正確的(跟GMAT不一樣)


請問版上有人有相同的經驗嗎???
