收到沒有申請的學校的信 - 留學

大家好,我今天再開信箱的時候發現了一封很奇怪的信...
今天晚上也有一通未接來電(是沒有顯示號碼的
因為我有三個信箱,唯一使用這個信箱去提出申請的是UTD
所以讓我很那悶
因為這個學校我根本沒有提出申請
想請大家幫我看一下要怎麼回答

我有接過學校的廣告信希望我去提出申請,但是沒有打電話
可是這封信的感覺是我已經提出申請了
而且學校有寄信給我我沒回...
但是這是我第一次收到來自這個學校的信
想請問有人跟我遇過一樣的狀況嗎?
