搶三倍券商機！ 星巴克拚了 全店9折到年底

知名咖啡連鎖店星巴克昨（1）日宣布一項「三倍券」優惠方案，表示將於7月15日起推出
「咖啡振興時光」活動，只要顧客持紙本振興三倍券到實體門市消費，即可享有「全店9
折」優惠，從咖啡飲料、餐點食品到咖啡用品全品項都適用。這不僅是星巴克首度破例祭
出全店折扣，且優惠時間一路到今年12月31日，回饋力度堪稱史無前例，引起同業關注！
事實上，星巴克過去最常做的促銷活動是飲品同品項買一送一（俗稱的好友分享優惠），
或是在耶誕節等特定節日或shopping party等日子，推出單日限定85折優惠，適用品項也
有限定，此次不僅破天荒祭出全店優惠，時間更一口氣拉長將近半年，搶客大作戰的企圖
心十分明顯。
台灣星巴克（悠旅生活事業公司）由統一持股40％、統一超商持股60％，目前在台灣總店
數超過480家，2019年營業收入114.88億元，以店數來說在去年被路易莎超越，但以營業
額來說仍遙遙領先，約是路易莎的2.8倍以上。
統一集團董事長羅智先日前在股東會後受訪時，被問及跟路易莎之間的競爭，他首先說，
從數字看還差得非常遙遠。但不可諱言，星巴克堅持的高端品牌定位，在外部市場高度競
爭下的確受到挑戰，從過去三年營收、獲利表現來看，星巴克營收持續向上成長，穩居咖
啡龍頭之位，但營業利益、稅後淨利均呈衰退，獲利能力比從前降低。這也是星巴克近年
優惠促銷力度及次數，明顯比往年大幅提高的原因，甚至還加入外送平台，提供外送服務
主動接觸客人。
此外，星巴克也在APP功能及會員制度上持續更新，提供差異化的服務，要緊抓貢獻度高
的忠誠會員，並持續在全台開設各式特色店型，甚至導入現烤烘焙、氮氣飲品、啤酒紅酒
等，目的都是為了開拓更多新客源。至於最終消費者埋不埋單，則有待市場來檢驗。
