揪假日跑步 - 基隆

如題,想揪個假日的小跑團。
距離大約在:5k~8k間,速度大約是在7~8分速。(也可能更慢)
主要目的是針對長跑,所以之後距離會逐漸增加。
不要求夥伴的速度,希望是可以跑完這個長度的同伴。
流程大概是:集合→各自暖身→一起跑→各自收操→結束。
跑步路線的話,我還在研究。但因為是假日,也可以不用固定路線,
每個禮拜換個路線跑也可以。
若有鄉民們願意參加,就會開個群組以便討論。
關於跑友的要求是:守信、準時。
希望不要說要來,卻放鴿子,或者是遲到大王。
要參加的鄉民,可能也要衡量一下自己的體力狀況。
5k~8k雖然不長,不過運動重要的就是適可而止,若自己真的無法,也就不要勉強。
倘若有任何突發狀況發生,我能做的,僅是幫你叫救護車。
我並沒有那個能耐,去背或扛一個人。
