推薦假日花市的美食 - 新竹

逛過全台灣大大小小的夜市,
新竹假日花市真的算是前幾名好逛好玩的,
不論是佔地面積,攤位數量,商品種類都算是數一數二的多,
跟其他知名夜市不一樣的地方,
就是假日花市裡面沒有超人氣,會需要大排長龍的店,
例如士林夜市,羅東夜市,逢甲夜市都有超有名排隊店家,
新竹假日花市卻沒有,雖然不見得是壞事,
但我想基於好東西要讓大家知道,
所以來推薦幾家好吃的店。
1).東山鴨頭
整個假日花市應該也只有一家在賣東山鴨頭的,
老闆是一個大捲頭媽媽,
他們家的東山鴨頭很入味,
炸魯成黑色的食材內滿附著微微的甜味,
我吃過台灣幾家隻名的東山鴨頭,這家絕對是首選。
其他例如台南東山藍記簡直就是全台灣最難吃的東山鴨頭,
台中東海東山鴨頭口味也沒有這家這麼入味
2).平頭老闆的排骨酥
假日花市裡面應該有2家賣排骨酥的,
我要推的這攤在樹下面,附近是賣鳥的攤子,
老闆留平頭個子不高。 (另一家好像叫"港式排骨酥")_
他們的排骨酥很入味,排骨酥的裹粉有用心調配過,
吃起來很香很甜,排骨的原味都封鎖在麵衣裡面,
口感略韌有嚼勁,會越吃越香,
小份的50元,份量不多,吃完後會讓人覺得意猶未盡~~
現在只想到這兩家比較特別的,
不知道大家還有沒有其他推薦的店家~
