排卵日疑問(試紙/基礎體溫/陰超) - 好孕

本身生理期週期是28~32天
備孕兩年 一直有使用排卵試紙跟量基礎體溫
不過我半夜常常會醒
所以基礎體溫一直是當參考用
這次生理期開始第3天(8/14)
去了不孕診所做一系列檢查
醫生叫我D15(8/26)或D17(8/28)
回診做陰超觀察排卵
我D15回診時 醫生說看起來還沒要排卵
建議我D15＆D17同房
D15當天晚上用排卵試紙測
Ｔ線跟前一天相比變深 但還是C>T
D16早上測 Ｔ線已經變更淡
所以 排卵試紙的結果是D15晚間～D16清晨排卵
基礎體溫是到D18 & D19(兩天溫度一樣)才變低
但剛剛生理期來 這次週期是32天
用14天回推 應該是D19才排卵
然後我就越來越不懂自己到底是哪天排卵了
以我的狀況 排卵試紙好像不是最準確的？
（因為D15醫生說還沒要排卵）
但我一直以來以為排卵試紙是最準的
每次都努力到強轉弱就停了
然後因為人在國外
也沒辦頻繁的去診所照陰超
不曉得有沒有人有類似狀況的呢？
