捷運站搭乘電梯糾紛 - 新北雙和

我和我姊週一到週五一大早就從南勢角捷運站出發
我和她各自拉著一部小車 就是媽媽上菜市場常用的有兩個小輪子的菜籃車
只是我們用的沒有外面的藍子而已
因為物品是重的 大小也不適合走電扶梯
所以我們都是走電梯
然而 一直以來 我都看到也親身經歷一種情況
即使電梯內外走道與牆面都用圖案與文字清楚標示
"殘障人士, 手推嬰兒車旅客, 手拉行李旅客, 年長行動不便旅客可優先使用電梯"
還是有很多很多人無視標示, 佔滿了電梯
真正需要電梯的人 因為已經不方便了 自然也較慢走到電梯門口
等到了電梯門口 卻只能眼睜睜看著那些沒有迫切需要使用電梯的人冷漠地佔據了電梯
我和我姐沒辦法 因為我們是需要到台北市開店做生意的
坐計程車實在花錢 時間上也早起得不能更早了
錯過一趟電梯或是一班車也就損失不少時間
於是乎 我們選擇走到電梯門口 表示我們的優先使用權(也不知道有沒有聽我們在說)
但是得到的常常是白眼 推擠我們
甚至今天發生了這樣的事情:
在忠孝復興站 從B4通往B3的電梯那邊
很多上班族去等電梯 整個踩住了地上的優先標示
我和我姐就去排在前面 也有準備好解釋我們是可以優先使用的
但是這時候一個體型高大的男子對我們辱罵 我們在電梯裡指向標示
但是他才不管
我跟他說不如找站長說明 問問站長到底我們有無優先使用權
他就說 "我沒時間跟你們去找站長blabla....."
我跟我姐轉而用英語交談 (內容是說不要跟他吵)
這時他開始說 "了不起喔blabla...."
我跟他說我們沒什麼了不起 我們只是真正需要使用電梯的人
於是他開始對我大聲咆哮 大聲到電梯外的人都聽到了 (電梯裡只有他一個是男的)
因為一開門所有人都看著電梯這邊
如果再在電梯裡待久一點 我想我會被他飽以老拳吧
一出電梯我立即詢問站長我們是否擁有優先使用權 站長說"對呀"
此時那男子就走得老遠了
我心裡又氣又難過
提著重物坐電梯搭捷運 卻像是二等公民一般
我建議站長 在尖峰時間 可否像某些時段一樣 派個人手站在電梯門口做些疏導
勸導大家
"讓殘障人士, 手推嬰兒車旅客, 手拉行李旅客, 年長行動不便旅客優先使用電梯"
站長說人手不足
忠孝復興站捷運車廂每個門口都有好心的志工宣導 "等乘客下車後, 排隊的人再上車"
我心裡想 難道要有人在電梯裡吵成一團或被毆傷 才能讓大家正視這個問題嗎?
下午時間 我有打電話到捷運局意見部門02-21812345
告訴接電話的一個先生此事發生經過
然而他表示 這就跟博愛座一樣 無法可管
我私心認為 這跟博愛座事情還是有所不同
博愛座是站著或是坐下的問題
電梯優先使用是 很多人有走電扶梯或是電梯兩種選擇
但是殘障人士, 手推嬰兒車旅客, 手拉行李旅客, 年長行動不便旅客只有電梯一種選擇
電梯一旦被佔據了 損耗的是時間 而且還會產生很不舒服的感覺
所以我建議在尖峰時間 派個人手站在電梯門口做些疏導 勸導大家
"讓殘障人士, 手推嬰兒車旅客, 手拉行李旅客, 年長行動不便旅客優先使用電梯"
如果哪一天 經由這樣稍微讓強制力介入來作疏導規勸 讓大家公平使用電梯
也激發大家公德心 也不枉我被人家羞辱了
