把屋內的東西修好,引起房東生氣 - 南投

是這樣的,本人在南投租屋
最近找人維修屋內的熱水器
因為已經漏水好久
越來越嚴重
導致無法啟動熱水器
因此請店家到府維修
換了分水盤(1200 NT)和進水管(100 NT)
共1300 也請店家開了手寫的收據
之後連絡房東這件事
想問問看可不可以請他負擔維修費用
結果卻招致莫名的責怪
房東認為
東西壞掉應找他維修
他認為我找的店家收費不合理被貴去
因此拒絕給付這筆錢
還鬧到不愉快說要請我搬走
我也很生氣揚言若搬走後要恢復熱水器原狀
乾脆就讓他一直漏水算了
請各位網友評評理
修好熱水器有錯嗎
熱水器是永久財 又不是像電燈泡那種耗材
怎麼會遇到這樣不講理的房東呢
