托福網路報名 - 英檢

請問一下各位

我是昨天考完TOEFL考試的，今天進ETS網站，想再報一次TOEFL考試

但是我登入後在MY HOME PAGE點選Register for a Test/Order Score Reports選項時

他一直出現Sorry, but we are unable to process your information. Please Call Our
Customer Service Department. If you are calling from the U.S., a U.S.
territory, or Canada, the number is 1-877-863-3546. For all other locations,
call 1-609-771-7100

想請問一下不知其他大大今天進去網站也有這個問題嗎？

因為不知道這個是他網頁的問題(這兩天週末他們沒上班)，還是跟我昨天考完不能馬上再

報名有關嗎？謝謝各位
