房間不開冷氣幾度 - 彰化

最近真的很熱，好奇彰化的大家沒冷氣過的下去嗎？
自身案例:
1.住彰化市(非頂樓)，房間早上不開冷氣，開窗戶+電風扇，一小時飆到32度。
2.哥哥住鹿港(頂樓)，沒開電風扇冷氣，因為人不在所以窗戶也關著，下班回到家，37度
。
以前住鹿港也覺得每回下班開房門都有股妖氣衝出...。
請問大家認為頂樓加蓋鐵皮屋可有效幫助降溫嗎？
