房東突然漲電費 - 台東

六月開始，原本每度收4.5元
現在房東突然說要開始收每度5元
在台東租屋這樣的電費ok嗎@@"？
在市區租房子也才一年多一點，是蠻喜歡這一間套房的
but這次來收錢的時候電表暴增到500多度，又突然說要加收每度的費用
覺得怪怪的，所以想瞭解…這樣是否是合理調漲？
