俊輝炭烤起家在山外，老闆名字俊輝，專長烤物，故名為俊輝炭烤，
是當地非常受歡迎的宵夜，不管是去金門當兵、念書的、夜貓子、
從事夜間工作的人，想吃宵夜就想到俊輝。
後來老闆因為個人因素，舉家遷台，在淡江大學旁邊開了兩年多，取名為戰地美食。
今年暑假又搬回金門，今晚在新頭重新開張，歡迎舊雨新知蒞臨捧場～
