由於2/20考的TOEFL成績
有一所想申請的學校要求102 = ="
差一分的我就想要拚看看複查
我自認speaking應該還有空間上修
所以只複查了speaking
基於複查有三個月的期限
所以我前天很快的傳真+寄信確認
信中我告知deadline快到了 希望可以快點幫我查
結果...
結果我昨天!!! 就接到複查結果
信中告知:
Regarding your inquiry:
Upon receipt of your inquiry concerning the accuracy of your iBT TOEFL
Writing scores, we rescored your essays.
Your scores are confirmed as originally reported.

我瞬間傻眼 = ="
我查的是speaking, 他居然幫我查writing...
我馬上回信告知
我確定我的FAX上勾選的是speaking only
請他們再幫我check並rescore...
然後ETS今天馬上回了一封官方信函...

Your inquiry has been forwarded to the appropriate area for a response.
Please allow sufficient time for a representative to respond.

其實我強烈懷疑ETS把別人的複查結果誤植到我的信上
因為依照過往的效率 mail後的隔天就複查完也太神速了啊!!!!!!!
但case ID用的都是我的...
根本也和我所複查的speaking無關
我猜最後一定也是告訴我speaking成績沒變 來把這件事擺平掉
不過由此可知rescore的作業到底有多麼的ooxx...
幸好ETS沒把我的writing扣分 lol
PS 我有保留原本的FAX信函可以佐證我只勾選了speaking
