成績加發 - 英檢

在申請研究所時學校（ohio state）要求直接寄到graduate program office,只需要
填institution code （1592)就好,可是我在填寫加發學校時似乎一定要填寫school
type,department group, department 才能加發嗎？

如果不選會有這樣的紅字：Please make a selection in all the
required school type and department fields

學校要求：Please use code 1592 for The Ohio State University. Do not send scores
directly to the graduate program office. If you do, they will not be attached
to your applicant record.

ps:我剛爬了文，有人說選最後一項就好，所以是選any department not listed 嗎?
