以前唸誠正國小 最懷念的是黃埔新村東六巷的麵店
那是我小學老師姜清鳳老師她爸媽開的
剛開幕時生意很好 連老師中午都要去幫忙煮麵端麵
那時還沒有營養午餐 所以中午要是爸媽沒空準備便當
就會在那邊擺三包水果或飲料 然後就回家了
等中午時間一到 我家三個小孩就自己找有水果的位置坐下來
然後姜姥姥就會自己端麵上來餵飽我家三個小孩
一直吃到國小畢業後 就沒再吃過了
好幾次經過麵店 都沒有開門
很懷念她煮的榨菜肉絲湯麵 那是我童年很甜的回憶
因為每次都是中午最餓的時候去吃的
每次都把一整碗的湯麵吃到見底
現在店應該收起了吧......
