其實在還沒結婚前飲食都不太正常,上下班之間都吃了不少垃圾食物
雖然看起來體態正常但健康報告出來其實是有些營養不良,想把身體狀況養好
計畫這幾年"拼一下",用最好的狀態來迎接新生命
目前是想以自然的方式受孕,可能會做以下調整:
1.生活作息調整、不熬夜
2.飲食上的調整,多綠色蔬食與白肉、雞精補充營養、蛋白質
3.放鬆心情,減少壓力產生
請問還有哪些需要特別注意的事項呢?
